How to Use a Promo Code at the Pay Station

All the steps

1. Touch the ScreenTap anywhere on the kiosk to begin.
2. Tap Have a Promo Code?On the menu, tap the Have a promo code? card.
3. Type Your CodeType the code on the on-screen keyboard. Letters are capitalized automatically.
4. Tap ApplyTap Apply Code → or the Apply ✓ key on the keyboard. They do the same thing.
5. Code AppliedYour code shows in green (for example, SAMPLECODE Applied). Tap Continue: choose your wash. If it was the wrong code, tap Remove.
6. Choose Your WashChoose the wash you want. Your discount is applied to your total before you pay.
7. Other Ways to Use a CodeHave a coupon to scan, a bundle, or a code that didn't work? Select a path below.

Scan a coupon

1. Hold the Coupon to the ScannerOn the start screen or the menu, hold the coupon (phone or paper) up to the kiosk scanner. There is nothing to type.
2. Code AppliedThe kiosk opens the code screen with the discount already applied. Tap Continue: choose your wash. Scanning also works on the code screen: just hold the coupon to the scanner.
3. Choose Your WashChoose your wash. Your discount is applied to your total, just like when you type a code.

With a wash bundle

1. Tap I Have a Gift Card or Pre Paid CardOn the bundle screens, tap I Have a Gift Card or Pre Paid Card. It opens the same code screen, and also accepts a gift card or prepaid card number.
2. Type or Scan the CodeType or scan the code and tap Apply ✓.
3. Code AppliedThe code shows in green. Continue with your bundle purchase.

My code didn't work

1. Code Not RecognizedThe code doesn't exist or has expired. Check the spelling (in this example, SAMPLECDOE instead of SAMPLECODE), fix it with DEL or Clear, and tap Apply again.
2. Sign In to Use This CodeSome codes can be used once per customer, so the kiosk needs to know who you are. Tap Find my account and sign in with your account number, phone or email. The kiosk returns to the code screen and checks the code automatically.
3. You've Already Used This CodeThe code was already used (once per customer). Continue without the discount or try a different code.
