Refund & Rewash Policy

At Black Dog Car Wash, we want you to be happy with every wash!

If you’re not satisfied with the quality of your wash, please contact us within 24 hours of your visit at info@blackdogcarwash.com.

We’ll be happy to review your concern and provide a complimentary rewash credit when appropriate.

Please include the location of your visit, the approximate date and time, and a brief description of the issue so we can assist you quickly. Please also include the last 4 digits of the card used for purchase or your member information if it was a wash bundle use.

Please note:

• Rewash credits are provided in lieu of monetary refunds.
• Rewash credits have no cash value and are not transferable.
• Refunds for completed washes are generally not available.
• Unused prepaid wash packages are nonrefundable.
• All rewash requests are subject to review.
