How to Check Your Balance
Sign in to your Black Dog account to see your washes and balance anytime. No email needed.
All the steps
- Go to Black Dog Car WashVisit blackdogcarwash.com and click Sign In / Register in the top right.
- Click Sign inYou’ll land on your Black Dog account page. Click Sign in in the top right.
- Enter your loginEnter your email, phone number or account number and your password, then click Sign In. Forgot your password? Click Forgot password? to reset it.
- Open My ProductsYou’ll land on your Home screen. Click My Products in the menu on the left, or scroll down to Your Products.
- See your balanceYour wash bundles and prepaid funds are listed under Your Products. A wash bundle shows how many washes you have remaining out of the total. Prepaid funds show as a dollar amount.
- Getting low? Buy more washes right from here!Click the Stock up and save banner or Wash Bundles to buy more bundles, prepaid cards or gifts in seconds.
